How to Complete Online Employment Exchange Registration?

Candidates must apply on the official website of the Government of Assam if they wish to generate their Employment Exchange Registration Certificate online. On September 27, 2021, the online procedure to create an Employment Exchange Registration Certificate was launched. There are two ways to finish the application verification process in this process. AADHAAR-based verification and non-AADHAAR-based verification are the two available verification methods. On the basis of these two verification methods, applicants must submit their online applications. The two verification techniques are succinctly explained here.

AADHAAR Based Verification of Employment exchange

Candidates who choose this AADHAAR-based verification process won't need to go to an office to finish the Employment Exchange Registration process because the authentication will be carried out with the help of their AADHAAR information. The sole disadvantage to this strategy is that it cannot be used if the candidate does not have a current AADHAAR. The following is the procedure for submitting an online application for AADHAAR-Based Verification.

    1. Scroll down, and check the Important Link section.
    2. Click on the Online Exchange Card Registration link.
    3. The official application portal will load in the new tab.
    4. Complete the registration process with the help of your mobile number.
    5. Now, login to the portal by providing the User ID and Password.
    6. Choose the Register in Employment Exchange (AADHAAR Based) option.
    7. Now, fill all the required and asked information.
    8. Upload the required documents in the asked file format and size.
    9. After that, you will get an option to download Employment Exchange Registration e-certificate.

Non-AADHAAR Based Verification of Employment exchange

Candidates who choose non-AADHAAR-based verification must go to the employment office to have their documents verified. Candidates must choose the employment office, date, and time they choose for verification. On the day of their appointment, candidates must attend the chosen employment office to finish the registration certificate process. The following is the online application procedure for non-AADHAAR-based verification.

    1. Scroll down, and check the Important Link section.
    2. Click on the Online Exchange Card Registration link.
    3. The official application portal will load in the new tab.
    4. Complete the registration process with the help of your mobile number.
    5. Now, login to the portal by providing the User ID and Password.
    6. Choose the Register in Employment Exchange (Non-AADHAAR Based) option.
