Qualifications for EMRS TGT (Trained Graduate Teachers)
In this Section we Provide Necessary Qualification Details for EMRS Graduate Trained Teacher.
- NCERT Regional College of Education four-year integrated degree Programme in the relevant discipline with a minimum cumulative grade point average of 50%.
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum cumulative grade point average of 50% in the relevant topic or combination of subjects.
Subject-Specific Requirements:
- Hindi as a subject for all three years for TGT (Hindi).
- English as a subject for all three years for TGT (English).
- For TGT (S.St): Any two of the graduation-level main subjects in Economics, Political Science, History, or Geography, one of which must be History or Geography.
- For TGT (Mathematics), you should take mathematics as your primary subject in college together with one of the following as your second subject: physics, chemistry, electronics, computer science, economics, commerce, or statistics.
- Bachelor's degree in science with a minimum of two credits each in Botany, Zoology, and Chemistry is required for TGT (Science).
- Candidates must be in possession of a B.Ed. or an equivalent degree from an accredited university.
- Teacher Eligibility Test: Candidates must have passed either the CTET Paper-II or STET Paper-II, administered by CBSE in accordance with the standards established by the NCTE.
- Proficiency in Teaching Medium: Candidates must demonstrate their ability to teach in both Hindi and English.

- NCERT's Regional College of Education or another NCTE-recognized institution offers a four-year integrated degree Programme in the relevant field.
