With the exception of ex-servicemen who have already
joined the government service on the civil side after obtaining the

RRC NER Apprentice Recruitment Selection Process
- The selection of candidates for RRC NER Recruitment 2023 will be based on the merit of marks obtained in the 10th Class and ITI.
- Candidates’ academic performance in both the 10th Class and ITI will be considered to determine their eligibility for the apprenticeship program.
- Merit will play a crucial role in the selection process, as candidates with higher marks will have a better chance of being selected.
RRC NER Apprentice Recruitment Application Process
- Visit the official website of North Eastern Railway – www.ner.indianrailways.gov.in
- Click on “New Registration”
- Fill in the required details such as your name, community, date of birth (DOB), employee ID (if applicable), mobile number, and email ID. Make sure to note down your registration number and password.
- After the registration process, proceed with the following steps:
- Complete the personal details section, employment details section, and educational qualifications section. Upload the necessary documents on the dashboard.
- Upload a scanned copy of your photograph and signature. Ensure that:
- Pay the application fee through the integrated payment gateway. The fee structure is as follows:

RRC NER Apprentice Recruitment Necessary Documents
- Aadhaar Card
- SSC (Standard 10th) or its equivalent Mark Sheet
- Certificate for proof of date of birth (Standard 10 or it's equivalent certificate or mark sheet indicating date of birth or School Leaving Certificate indicating date of birth)
- Consolidated ITI mark sheet of all semesters of the trade in which applied / Provisional National Trade Certificate indicating marks
- Caste certificate for SC/ST/OBC Applicants
- Disability certificate, in case of PwBD (Persons with Benchmark Disability) Applicants
- Discharge certificate/Serving certificate, in case of Applicants applied against Ex-Servicemen quota
