Sahara Refund Portal OTP Not Received

There may be technical issues with the recently established website if users are having trouble getting the OTP while inputting their Aadhaar number on the Sahara India Refund Portal. It is advised to wait and try the process again later to fix this problem. Users should eventually be able to successfully register on the portal and obtain the OTP since the developers are probably working to fix the issue.

Why OTP Not Received On Registered Mobile Number

There could be several reasons why an OTP (One-Time Password) is not received on the registered mobile number during the registration process on the Sahara Refund Portal. Some common reasons include:

  1. Network Issues: There might be temporary network issues that could prevent the delivery of the OTP to your mobile number.
  2. Incorrect Mobile Number: Double-check that you have entered the correct 10-digit Aadhaar-linked mobile number during registration.
  3. Mobile Network Restrictions: Some mobile network providers may have restrictions or filters that block certain OTP messages.
  4. Delay in Delivery: In some cases, there might be a delay in receiving the OTP due to network congestion or other technical reasons.
  5. Full Inbox: If your mobile inbox is full, the OTP message may not be delivered. Clear some space and try again.
  6. Spam/Blocked Messages: Check if the OTP message has been mistakenly sent to the spam folder or if your mobile provider has blocked the messages.

It is advised to wait a few minutes and try again if you have any problems receiving the OTP. If the issue continues, you can ask for help by contacting the Sahara Refund Portal's support or helpline.
