Candidates must attach self-attested Xerox copies of the following documents along with the application otherwise their application may be rejected.
- Recent Passport Size Photograph (2 Copies).
- Age Proof.
- Educational Qualification Certificate.
- Caste Certificate (if applicable).
- Valid Employment Exchange Registration Certificate.
