Delhi Police Education Qualification

Candidates who have passed Class 12 from a recognized Board will be able to apply for the aforesaid posts.

Relaxable up to 11th pass only for:-
  1. Bandsmen, buglers, mounted constables, drivers, dispatch riders, etc. of Delhi Police only.
  2. Sons of serving, deceased, and retired police personnel including Multi-Tasking Staff of Delhi Police.

Male Candidates – 10+2 / Senior Secondary Pass from a recognized board And must possess a valid driving license for LMV as of the date of PE&MT. A Learner's License is not acceptable.

Female Candidates – 10+2 / Senior Secondary Pass from a recognized board.

  1. The written exam for the Delhi Police Constable will be for a duration of 1 Hr. 30 Minutes.
  2. All the questions will be objective in nature comprising a total of 100 Questions.
  3. There will be four sections each comprising different marks.
  4. There will be a negative marking of 0.25 Marks for each wrong answer.
