Mukhya Mantri Atmanirbhar Asom (MMAA)
By means of the Atmanirbhar Asom Scheme, the Assamese government has started a new program to create employment opportunities. A financial contribution will be made under the MMAA (Mukhya Mantri Atmanirbhar Asom) Scheme. Over the course of two years, 2 lakh qualified recipients will be chosen, and they will receive financial assistance in the form of government grants and an interest-free government loan that must be repaid in five years. Additionally, a one-month training program will be completed by the chosen recipients in order to improve their management, accounting, and entrepreneurship skills.
