SCERT Assam Admit Card 2023 Overview

The State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT), Assam is going to conduct the Pre-Entry Test for Admission to Two Years Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) for Upper Primary and Lower Primary. Candidates who have submitted their applications for PET 2023 between 25th July to 22nd August 2023 can download their entrance exam admit card from the official web portal with the help of this article. As per the official notification, the admit cards were issued on 1st September 2023 at 4 PM.

Students who submitted their online applications for admission to the two-year Diploma in Elementary Education course under the State Council for Educational Research and Training (SCERT) will have to appear in an entrance test called Pre-Entry Test. No student will be eligible to get admission in the above course without appearing in the PET.



How to Download SCERT D.El.Ed Admit Card?

Candidates who applied online for the two-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) program will be able to access the official web portal to download their Pre-Entry Test (PET) admit cards. The steps below can be used by applicants to download their admit cards from the official website.

  1. Scroll down, and check the Important Link section.
  2. Click on the Download SCERT Admit Card link.
  3. Now, an official web portal will load in the new tab of your browser.
  4. In that portal, you will get a form to login.
  5. In that form, you have to enter your Registered Mobile Number and Date of Birth (YYYY-MM-DD) to log in.
  6. After successful login, you will get an option to download or print your admit card.

Syllabus of D.El.Ed Pre-Entry Test

The State Educational Research and Training Council will administer a test to choose deserving applicants for admission to the two-year elementary education diploma program. For the convenience of visitors to our website and applicants for this exam, we have included the PET exam syllabus in this area.

Section I and Section II will each make up one section of the exam. Following are the question types and scoring guidelines for these sections.

Type of Question: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)

Number of Questions: 100 Questions

Negative Marking: For every incorrect answer, a 0.25 mark shall be deducted from the total marks secured by the candidate. More than one answer given to a question will be treated as an incorrect answer.
