Pay Scale: Pay Band-2 (Rs.14,000-60,500/-) with Grade Pay of Rs.7,600/-.
Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess any of the following educational qualifications to be eligible for recruitment.
- B.Sc in Chemistry/ Forensic Science with specialization in concerned subject.
- B.Sc in Botany/ Zoology/ Anthropology (Physical)/ Biotechnology/ Forensic Science with specialization in concerned subject.
- B.Sc in Physics/ Electronics/ Instrumentation/ Forensic Science with specialization in concerned subject.

Citizenship: The candidate must be an Indian Citizen as defined in Articles 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India and must be a Permanent Resident of Assam.
Employment Exchange Registration: The candidate must have registered their names in any employment exchange of Assam.
Age Limit: The candidate should be between 21 years to 40 years as of 1st January 2023.
