- Number of Vacancies: 5 Positions
- Salary: A minimum of INR 1,00,000 per month, subject to negotiation based on relevant experience
- Educational Qualifications:
- Hydrogeologist: Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in Hydrogeology.
- Transport/Mobility Planner with a graduation in Engineering: Aspiring candidates should hold a Master’s in Planning (Transport/Infrastructure/Mobility) or M. Tech in Planning.
- Planner with a graduation in Architecture: Candidates need a Master’s in Planning (in any specialization).
- Planner with a graduation in Engineering: Candidates should have a Master’s in Planning (in any specialization).
- Environmental Planner: A Master’s in Planning (Environmental Planning) is a prerequisite.
- Experience: A minimum of 8 years of pertinent experience, with a preference for candidates who have previously served as a team manager, team lead, or senior member in at least two projects.
- Age Limit: Prospective candidates should be no older than 55 years.

2. Mid-level Planners
- Number of Vacancies: 5 Positions
- Salary: A minimum of INR 75,000 per month, with potential for negotiation based on experience.
- Educational Qualifications:
- M. Plan / M. Tech in Planning (Transport/Mobility/Infrastructure)
- M. Plan / M. Tech in Planning (in any specialization) with a graduation in Engineering
- M. Plan / M. Tech in Planning (in any specialization) with graduation/post-graduation in Sociology/Geography
- M. Plan / M. Tech in Planning (in any specialization) with graduation/post-graduation in Economics
- M. Plan / M. Tech in Planning (in any specialization) with graduation/post-graduation in Architecture
- Experience: A minimum of 6 years of experience, including urban planning projects with institutions/agencies with national presence, state-level urban planning agencies, and national/multi-national consultancies.
- Age Limit: Candidates should not exceed 55 years of age.
3. Junior-level Planners
- Number of Vacancies: 10 Positions
- Salary: A minimum of INR 45,000 per month, with potential for negotiation based on experience.
- Educational Qualifications:
- M. Plan / M. Tech in Planning (Urban/Regional/City/Town/Housing)
- M. Plan / M. Tech in Planning (in any specialization) with graduation/post-graduation in Economics

- Experience: A range of 0 to 6 years of experience is acceptable. Candidates are expected to possess a solid understanding of physical planning, Assam Unified Bye-laws 2022, Assam Urban policies, Assam T&CP Act, GMDA Act, and have a clear grasp of concepts such as ToD, TDR, TPS, LAP, Land pooling, etc. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in PPT/Excel/Word, is essential. Knowledge of GIS and drawing software is considered an advantage.
- Age Limit: Candidates should not exceed 45 years of age.
