SSC GD Notification 2024 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who want to register for the SSC GD 2024 examination must ensure that they fulfill all the required eligibility criteria conditions provided in the official notification pdf. SSC GD Constable Nationality
Candidates willing to apply for the vacancies released under SSC GD Recruitment 2024 must be a resident of India.
SSC GD Constable Education Qualification (As of 01/01/2023)
To be eligible for the SSC GD Constable Recruitment 2024, candidates must ensure they have cleared matriculation or 10th class from a recognized Board/ University before applying for the General Duty Examination.
SSC GD Constable Age Limit
- The age of the applicant must not be less than 18 years and should not be more than 23 years.
- The crucial date to calculate the age limit is 01 August 2023.
Age Relaxation
The relaxation in Age Limit will also be given to the candidates of backward categories according to government rules and regulations which is 3 years for the candidates of the OBC category and 5 years for the applicants of SC/ST Categories.... SSC GD 2024 Application Fees
To register, each candidate must pay an application fee of Rs. 100 for the position of SSC GD Constable. Candidates who are women or who fall under the SC, ST, or PWD categories are not required to pay the online application cost. Applicants have two options for paying fees: online via Net Banking, Credit Card, or Debit Card, or offline by creating a challan.

SSC GD 2024 Selection Process
The SSC GD Constable selection process consists of four different stages. The candidates who qualify in all the stages of the examination will have to appear for document verification.
- Computer Based Test (CBT)
- Physical Standard Test (PST)
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
- Medical Test
SSC GD Constable 2024 Exam Pattern
The selection of the applicants will be done based on their performance in the Physical Test, Written Test, and Medical Fitness Test. The final merit list will be prepared according to the performance in the SSC GD 2024 Constable written exam
SSC GD Constable Written Test Exam Pattern
As per the new written exam pattern, there will be a total number of 80 questions having a total weightage of 160 marks. The total time duration of the SSC GD Constable Notification 2024 written exam will be 60 minutes. There will be four sections in SSC GD 2024- Written Test- GK, Reasoning, Mathematics, and English/Hindi.
- Each question will carry 2 marks
- There will be a negative marking of 0.50 marks for each wrong answer
