RRB ALP Recruitment 2024 Overview
The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) is the recruitment body of India Railways which conducts the recruitment process for various posts. On 18th January 2024, RRB released the RRB ALP Notification 2024 (Centralised Employment Notice (CEN) No. 01/2024) for 5696 vacancies. RRB ALP Application Fee 2024
While filling out the application form, candidates are required to pay the application fee online. For the Unreserved and OBC Category, the application fee is Rs. 500/- whereas for the SC / ST / Ex-Serviceman / PWDs / Female / Transgender / Minorities / Economically backward class it is Rs. 250/-.
Note: The fee for SC/ST/Ex-Serviceman/PWDs/Female/Transgender/Minorities/Economically backward class categories shall be refunded after deducting bank charges as applicable, on appearing in First Stage CBT

RRB ALP 2024 Eligibility Criteria
Before applying for the RRB ALP 2024, Candidates must check the detailed eligibility criteria as given below.
- He/She should be a citizen of India.
- He/She should possess a healthy/fit body and should be of sound mind.
- They should know the regional language from where they are applying for the post.
- He/She should be mentally fit to perform the job profile of an Assistant Loco Pilot.
RRB ALP Age Limit 2024 (As On 1/7/2024)
The minimum age limit for the post of Assistant Loco Pilot is 18 to 30 years as of 1/7/2024. However, candidates belonging to different categories have been provided age relaxation accordingly as given below

RRB ALP Salary 2024
Upon being finally selected for the position of Assistant Loco Pilot, candidates will be entitled to an attractive salary package in accordance with the Government’s Pay Level.
